Policies and Reminders

To ensure the safeguarding of your appointment, a non– refundable deposit of $50 is essential and your braids must be delivered two days prior to your designated time, Kindly be aware that without both the deposit and the braids, your appointment remains unconfirmed.

  •  Hair must be clean and free from oils/products, washing services are available for $50(request during booking)
  • Noncompliance may result in appointment cancellation .
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Hair must be tangle-free, blow dried and styled in up to SIX large single plaits; afros and puffs are NOT permitted. A fee of $25 will apply for hair that is tangled and not blown out.

POLICIES AND REMINDERS

  • A $20 late fee applies after 10 minutes (MUST be paid before the service begins) Similarly, a $20 refund is issued if the braider is 10 minutes late.
  • Cancellation of your appointment occurs after 15 minutes (non refundable deposit also applies here) Clients will be allowed to retrieve heir braids. 
  • Deposits may be used to reschedule to a date convenient for the BRAIDER, as long as the cancellation occurred 24 hours prior to the original appointment. If you are unable to attend the next available date or if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time,  the deposit will be lost.

REMINDERS

  •  We kindly ask that you avoid slouching or leaning to the sides. Please make an effort to sit up straight while receiving a service.
  • Please avoid looking down at your phone, as it may cause strain for the person braiding your hair.
  • Additional guests are strictly prohibited. However, exceptions may be considered for mothers who are unable to secure babysitters; Kindly inform the braider in advance.
  • Please ensure that you clear your schedule upon booking an appointment as styling durations may sometimes take longer than expected

REMINDERS

  • If you’re feeling under the weather with the flu or a cold, kindly wear a mask to your appointment. If you happen too forget one, mask are available for purchase at $5
  • The braider will take a half -hour lunch break at a time of their choosing. Clients have the option to leave for lunch and return within that timeframe.
  • Braiding gel is essential for all styles. As result, our braider would not be able to achieve the desired look without it.
  • A good blowout is essential for faster, neater braided styles. Ensure hair is fully blown out from roots to tis, and a smoother finish may be added by the braider. Styles require a proper blowout to be executed.
