Beauty Mark by Zaine was born in 2020, right in the heart of the pandemic—a time when the world slowed down, but creativity and resilience found new life. What began as me simply styling my own hair soon grew into something greater. Friends, family, and even strangers admired my braids and encouraged me to share my gift. With their support, I took a leap of faith into professional braiding.

Braiding, I’ve come to realize, has always been in my blood. The women in my family, from my great-grandmother onward, have all carried this craft, and I believe I was destined to continue that legacy. While I didn’t set out with braiding as my first passion, my love for neatness, precision, and detail naturally led me here.
